As an Account Manager you are the face of the ZETR brand, our ambassador in the architect and interior design community tasked with growing opportunities within our existing accounts and forging new relationships in key accounts across the state. You will work with an incredibly passionate and driven team, with a strong sense of community, work ethic and empowerment, for a brand that is very much loved by our industry. This is a hybrid role where you will be working from home, out on the road frequently as well as regular visits to our ZETR HQ located in Mona Vale.

As part of the ZETR team, you will be champion of the ZETR Customer experience, both internally managing the showroom to the first point of contact for our valued clientele, managing the relationship through enquiry to quote and closed sale - ensuring a seamless experience for all clients. Reporting to the Head of Sales AU/NZ, you will be an integral part of the Sales team, focused on optimising the customer experience, while supporting the Sales Team and broader business.
In this role you will serve as the lead brand ambassador for ZETR in the Americas, tasked with introducing the brand, the culture, and products to the market. You will be naturally well-connected within the architecture, design and interiors industries and have a passion for these areas backed a solid understanding of lighting, construction or architecture.
The right candidate will have a strong vision, strategic thinking, and innovative mindset, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
